Title: HR Generalist
Location: Irvine, CA
Compensation: $70,000-$80,000

They're looking for a practical, resourceful HR partner who can keep the core people operations running smoothly while helping them build for the next stage.
The Opportunity
You'll own the foundational HR function in a lean environment. The work is hands on and varied: payroll, benefits administration, recruiting support, onboarding, and day to day employee support. You'll work closely with leadership and IT, and there's room to contribute to compensation structure and career pathing conversations as the company grows. This is a chance to put your stamp on the people side of a company that is still writing its next chapter.
What You'll Do
- Run biweekly salary payroll and monthly commission processing.
- Administer benefits
- Support recruiting end to end using CareerPlug, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and similar tools; help coordinate and participate in interviews.
- Manage onboarding and maintain the employee handbook; work in ADP.
- Partner with leadership and IT on people related needs.
- Contribute to compensation and career pathing discussions where possible.
- Keep the basics tight so the team can stay focused on growth.
Who You Are
- 2-4 years of generalist HR experience (payroll, benefits, recruiting, and onboarding).
- Comfortable in a scrappy, high energy environment where you wear multiple hats and move quickly.
- Detail oriented and reliable with the fundamentals, while still able to spot opportunities to improve process.
- Someone who enjoys supporting a young, competitive, growth minded team and wants to help build the people foundation as the company scales.
- Resourceful and low ego, ready to jump in, solve problems, and leave things better than you found them.
