Who we are looking for We are looking for a Project Manager who provides leadership for moderately-complex to complex engineering programs and projects, managing their lifecycle from planning and design through delivery and operational handoff. This role ensures projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards while coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, field operations and with the client. The Project Manager monitors project performance, manages risks, and maintains strong stakeholder relationships while supporting process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives. What you get to do As a Project Manager, you will lead moderately-complex/complex engineering programs and projects from planning and development through delivery and operational handoff. Your responsibilities will include: Project Leadership Manage engineering projects with precision, ensuring they are accomplished safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, achievements, and resource requirements. Support project governance, including status reporting, team meetings, and collaborator updates. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and field teams to ensure flawless project execution. Participate in build reviews, technical risk assessments, and constructability reviews. Support resolution of technical or operational challenges during project execution. Collaborator Management Serve as the primary point of contact for project-level collaborators, including internal teams and clients. Communicate project status, risks, schedule impacts, and mitigation plans clearly and professionally. Support customer meetings and issue resolution activities under the mentorship of senior leadership. Budget & Schedule Management Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and prioritization of resources. Monitor project performance and report on financial and schedule metrics. Support cost estimating, contract reviews, and change management processes. Risk Management Identify technical, operational, or scheduling risks and propose mitigation strategies. Support problem-solving and corrective action efforts for project-level challenges. Maintain project risk documentation and provide updates to leadership as required. Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence Support implementation of process improvements, Lean principles, and project management guidelines.
