Medical Account Specialist II - NEUROLOGY -MOBILE, AL

Role Summary Build Our Future Together The Rare Neurology Medical Account Specialist (MS) engages Neurology specialists and key stakeholders across diverse care settings (academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts) within an assigned geography. The MS delivers clinically focused messaging to drive revenue and achieve product goals, demonstrating strong ownership, initiative, and compliant, integrity-driven performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute account strategies to grow market share in the assigned territory. Build relationships with clinicians, nurses, and patient advocacy groups. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (Reimbursement and Access, Regional Science Managers) to address customer needs and market dynamics. Support sales success through participation in congresses, regional meetings, and other industry events. Engage Rare Neurology experts and other key customers to launch products and grow brand share and revenue. Partner with stakeholders to proactively address customer needs, market dynamics, and trends and develop strategies to support brand and corporate objectives. Develop comprehensive territory/account/customer plans to drive achievement of desired objectives. Provide a total account view ensuring all personnel in the account are educated on commercially available Regeneron products. Develop and execute tactics within key accounts to establish, generate and expand market share. Identify business opportunities within assigned accounts and coordinate efforts with the Regeneron Rare Neurology account team (e.g., supporting contracting pull‑through). Conduct rare neurology‑specific market profiling activities to understand regional and local health care delivery, influencers, and payer systems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree mandatory; Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications a plus. Minimum 5 years of successful experience in Neurology sales and specialty/biologic/REMS products strongly preferred; launch experience preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high‑influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations with a concentration in Neurology. Proven track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets, operating with integrity within compliance guidelines. Results oriented with a proven track record of success with product launches. Strong account management experience with analytical, problem‑solving and planning skills. Current account management experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks. Strong understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and current Neurology marketplace. Location & Field Field Based. Location: Mobile (Metro), AL. Compensation Salary range (annually): $158,950 - $220,000.
