SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have):

✔️Active Certified Anaplan Solution Architect credential

✔️Direct, hands-on experience executing Anaplan Classic to Polaris migrations

✔️Strong functional domain expertise in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

✔️Proficiency with Anaplan Workflow features and Azure DevOps (ADO) capabilities within an Anaplan ecosystem

✔️Advanced model design and development capabilities adhering strictly to PLAN standards for performance optimization

✔️10+ years of overall IT/Enterprise architecture experience with deep specialization in workspace and model management

Secondary (Good to Have):

✔️Strong knowledge of Anaplan Connectors and REST APIs for integrating data with disparate source systems

✔️Design expertise in Anaplan UX/UI capabilities for creating responsive user wireframes across desktop and mobile platforms

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an elite, Certified Anaplan Solution Architect to spearhead a critical platform modernization project in a hybrid capacity out of Seattle, WA. This strategic role is centered on executing a seamless Classic to Polaris migration while optimizing enterprise architectures for Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Financial Planning (FP&A). The successful candidate will blend top-tier technical model building with business-facing acumen, driving sprint deliverables, handling integrations, and governing user access to ensure high-performance execution across the organization's financial ecosystem.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️Architect, design, and optimize robust Anaplan models following PLAN standards to eliminate performance challenges, specifically driving successful Classic to Polaris migrations.

✔️Translate complex sprint user stories into tangible, high-quality Anaplan deliverables within an Agile framework, maintaining technical roadmaps in Azure DevOps (ADO).

✔️Interface directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, run feedback sessions, demonstrate new features, and proactively resolve development roadblocks.

✔️Oversee data integration strategies between Anaplan and external source systems using Anaplan Connectors and REST APIs, coordinating closely with cross-functional data teams.

✔️Define and deploy complex security matrices, user roles, and access controls within the Anaplan workspace to safeguard sensitive ICM and financial data.

✔️Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, publish testing results, manage production workspace migrations, and provide post-go-live hypercare support.

✔️Author comprehensive Functional/Technical System Operating Procedures (SOPs) and deliver specialized UX/UI platform training to business end-users.
