Manager, Process Management, Emerging Technologies Enablement

Lead a team of ETE Leads (process managers) in delivering flawlessly executed processes that improve business efficiency and drive results. Guide use cases through the entire annotation project lifecycle for ETE partners (intake, readiness, monitoring and delivery). Develop and drive improvements throughout the delivery process. Monitor data trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity and high quality results. Educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each time. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence within the team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Champion best practices in content strategy, project management, knowledge sharing, and inter-team collaboration. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or military experience At least 2 years of experience in Process management At least 2 years of experience in Project management At least 2 years of experience in People management At least 2 years of experience in Relationship management Master’s Degree preferred Lean certification or Six Sigma certification preferred At least 5 years of experience in Process management preferred At least 5 years of experience in Project management preferred At least 5 years of experience in People management preferred At least 5 years of experience in Complex problem solving preferred At least 5 years of experience in Relationship management preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Process Management, Project Management, and People Management, with a strong focus on driving continuous improvement and fostering team accountability. Proficient in guiding complex projects and building relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective execution and high-quality results.
