- Reduce waste, manage labor and improve overall efficiency
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility and equipment
- Foster strong vendor relations and ensure product execution is on point
- Natural leadership skills with a selfstarting personality and even disposition
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Strong communication skills with guests and team members
- Ability to use a pointofsale system
- Willingness to jump in and assist coworkers; teamplayer mentality
- Availability to work a variety of hours (days, nights and weekends) within the local metro area
- Ability to stand or walk for up to a 10hour shift and lift up to 40 lbs
- Willingness to bend, stoop and occasionally use a ladder
