Service Advisor Manager

Job Summary The Service Advisor Manager is accountable for all administrative and support activities of the Service Advisors. This position provides leadership and direction to the Service Advisor team while ensuring service activities are organized, efficient, and aligned with department goals. The Service Advisor Manager works closely with internal teams, technicians, and customers to coordinate service needs, address concerns, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role is also responsible for monitoring daily workloads, scheduling, invoicing, and communications to support timely and accurate service operations. In addition, the Service Advisor Manager identifies opportunities to improve department processes and helps promote consistent service standards across the organization. Essential Functions Manage and develop Service Advisors. Train new Service Advisors. Resolve internal and external customer problems and strengthen relationships. Identify and escalation department improvement opportunities (e.g. Lean). Manage daily scheduling. Manage daily workload. Oversee service invoicing. Monitor inbound and outbound communications. Strong computer skills and familiarity with various softwares. Qualifications HS diploma: college degree preferred. 5 years’ experience in service operations within the material handling industry or similar. Min. 5 years’ experience in a leadership role. Strong communications skills (verbally and written); process improvement experience required. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
