Real Estate Transaction Coordinator With The #1 Team In Virginia

The Hogan Group , the highest-volume real estate team in Virginia, is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Transaction Coordinator to join our growing operations team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our contract-to-close process, ensuring every transaction runs smoothly and on time. From coordinating inspections to handling compliance, you’ll provide an exceptional experience for clients while supporting our fast-paced team of agents. Compensation: $70,000+ at plan Responsibilities: Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans Qualifications: Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred Passionate about providing excellent customer service Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred Prior transaction coordination, preferably in a high-volume environment, is preferred About Company Founded in 2010 by Mike Hogan, The Hogan Group Real Estate has grown into one of the most forward-thinking and dynamic teams in the industry.
