Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and quality procedures.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Experience Requirements

• Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, production, assembly, or automotive experience preferred.
• Experience using measuring tools, gauges, micrometers, or testing equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality standards, defect identification, and documentation processes preferred.

• Ability to identify defects and non-conforming materials accurately.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions with minimal supervision.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to handle and inspect small automotive components.
• Good vision, including the ability to identify defects, measurements, and product variations.
• Ability to use hand tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment safely and accurately.

Job Duties

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on automotive parts and components.
• Sort, test, inspect, and rework products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Use gauges, go/no-go gauges, micrometers, and other inspection equipment to verify product compliance.
• Identify, document, and mark defective or non-conforming materials.
• Complete quality records, inspection reports, tags, and required production paperwork accurately.
• Utilize hand tools such as crimpers, drills, and files when performing rework activities.
• Maintain product integrity while adhering to all company safety and quality procedures.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
