Retail Sales Associate

Location 1125 E. University Dr. Denton, Texas 76209 Pay Compensation is $13.00–$14.00 per hour, with uncapped bonus potential. Responsibilities Interact daily with customers, helping with sales and pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets us apart from the competition. Greet customers in person and over the phone. Process sales, loans, and extensions. Perform opening and closing store duties. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Customer service, cashier, or retail experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic, self‑motivated, with a positive and outgoing personality. Multitasking skills. Pass a criminal background check and drug test. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus. Sales background is a plus.
