Celebrating 28 years in business, we are based in Milwaukee and currently operate 62 locations within the territory, making us the largest Qdoba franchisee nationally. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining fast, accurate service that models excellent hospitality
• Maximizing store sales goals while managing a budget, including participation in marketing
• Overseeing catering and strategizing to increase sales
• Training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures
• Managing food and labor costs
• Managing and maintaining safe working conditions
• Managing crew member employees in a manner that encourages them to grow with the company and reduces turnover, initiating appropriate corrective action when necessary
• Interviewing and hiring team members
