Growing together.Primary Responsibilities:Provide supervision to department staff, work independently and collaborate with Practice Manager on relevant clinical issuesAssist in recruiting and retaining talented staff and ensure proper training, resource allocation and develop standards to monitor and evaluate staff performanceImplement and maintain clinical and business policies and proceduresEnsure patient satisfaction within the clinic site and resolve patient issuesEnsure strict adherence to policies/procedures related to clinical compliance, Standard Work development and maintenance, etc.Analyze metrics weekly relating to patient satisfaction, access and achievement of quality goals and objectives; develop and implement operational changes based on metricsMonitor, manage and ensure that provider and clinic empanelment is accurateEducate staff and providers on monthly metrics, glide paths, goals and areas for improvementsContribute to the development of short and long-term site workflow planning, then ensure plans are executedAchievement of clinical and business compliance and licensures for labs, staff and requirements for regulatory complianceSafety functions in clinics and ensure completion of safety training and proper orientation for new employeesCoordinate, supervise and maintain accountability for the daily activities of clinic supportSupervision of medical assistant staff in clinic setting, as well as working alongside team in times of short staffing to ensure continuity in patient careYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:2+ years as certified medical assistant in a clinic setting2+ years of clinical lead or staff management experienceKnowledge of organization policies and procedures, computer applications, including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skillsKnowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codingMedical supply management and performance management techniques and practicesReliable transportation and excellent attendanceProven ability to work independently, lead and motivate staffPreferred Qualifications:Certified Medical Assistant experienceExperience working with Medicare advantage care populationExperience with quality reports/familiarity with quality improvement workUnderstanding of patient rooming workflows, referrals, and provider task supportProven excellent leadership skills to include solid communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsProven ability to gather, analyze and evaluate data of patient satisfactionPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment.
