Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of a well-regarded Women's Center located in Newark, DE.

Position Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services for women, focusing on both OB and GYN patients.
• Work primarily in an outpatient environment, with occasional hospital rounds.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 18-20 individuals daily.
• Collaborate closely with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
• No on-call duties required.
• Experience in performing procedures such as IUD insertions/removals, colposcopy, and biopsies is essential.
• Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Join a fully licensed medical team supported by dedicated staff.

Requirements:

• A minimum of two years of experience in women's health is mandatory.
• National Nurse Practitioner certification or the ability to obtain it.
• Active, unrestricted licensure in the state or the ability to secure it.
• Current unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain one.
• CPR, BLS, and NALS certifications or the ability to acquire them.
• Proficient in assessing and developing treatment plans.
• Strong communication skills with patients, team members, and management.
• Ability to make independent care decisions based on best medical practices without direct supervision.

Compensation:

• Minimum Salary: USD $100,000.00 per year
• Maximum Salary: USD $135,000.00 per year
