Medicare Enrollment & Outreach Coordinator

UMass Chan Medical School is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Medicare enrollment process for Medicaid clients. You will handle incoming calls, perform outreach, update records in the proprietary database, and report program activities and results. Under the direction of the Manager, you will participate in the daily operations of Medicare Eligibility Enhancement Program projects and assist in cost savings and revenue initiatives, while ensuring compliance with policies, HIPAA #J-18808-Ljbffr UMass Med School
