Ariba Product Team IT Business Analyst, Staff | Lockheed Martin

A proactive, high-performing Ariba, Product Sourcing and Quotation Management IT Business Analyst (ITBA) is needed to drive continuous improvement, and act as the go-to resource for SAP data analysis and process ownership for these areas. The ideal candidate thrives on problem solving, can teach and lead peers, and consistently delivers quality results. Basic Qualifications:

1. 5-10 years of Lockheed Martin (LM) Ariba functionality. 2. 5–10 years SAP experience (preferably S/4) with deep knowledge of SAP Ariba, Fiori, S/4 Configuration (emphasis on Business Partner) 3. Hands-on experience with Exostar and Supplier onboarding 4. Participation in at least one SAP implementation 5. Experience validating or converting data during SAP migrations. 6. Proven ability to collaborate with customers to write functional specifications. 7. Fundamental Excel experience which includes the use of formulas, pivot tables and power queries 8. Familiarity with: Focus Build, Service Central, JIRA. 9. Strong understanding of SAP applications: Ariba, Product Sourcing and Quotation Management

Desired skills:

10. Monitor Ariba, Product Sourcing and Quotation Management processes to proactively identify and reduce risk. 11. Triage and/or work O&M Incidents and requests 12. Create test data for functional enhancements, workflows, interfaces, and forms. 13. Extract, analyze, and interpret SAP table data to diagnose issues and assess impact. 14. Identify root causes of recurring problems; design and implement corrective actions. 15. Serve as a subject-matter expert for the Ariba product team and liaise with other product teams. 16. Manage multiple build projects from requirements gathering through implementation, including functional spec writing, developer collaboration, and testing. 17. Learn and utilize project-management tools (e.g., JIRA, Focus Build, Service Central)

Ability to work remotely:

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
