Position Summary
As an Insurance Sales Agent, you'll take full ownership of your territoryclosing deals, building strong relationships with business owners, and developing a book of business that creates long-term financial security. Your focus will be on driving results, maximizing your production, and setting the standard for performance.

We're looking for professionals with a closer's mentalitycompetitive, resilient, and relentless in pursuit of success. If you thrive on independence, want control over your income, and are ready to outperform, this is the role for you.

Qualifications

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (study materials and state fees provided)
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience
(Relevant sales, leadership, or athletic experience considered)

Compensation & Growth

1099 independent contractor role (self-employed, not a W-2 employee)
100% commission-based compensation with uncapped earnings
Optional weekly draw available
Monthly cash bonuses and quarterly stock bonuses
Incentive trips and vested renewal commissions
Performance-based promotions
Schedule flexibility based on resultsnot hours
Ongoing sales training and leadership development
