Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 10 years as an engineer and later earned my MBA from LSU Shreveport. I also have experience in financial advising and worked with New York Life as both an agent and in management, which has helped shape a well-rounded approach to leadership and development. I'm married with four children and enjoy spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. Family and community are both very important to me and play a big role in how I run the office. I stay actively involved in the community, serving as a Rotary President and participating in the police jury, along with other local initiatives. Responsibilities Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
