Account Executive - InfuseTrack Dallas, TX

InfuseTrack is a software solution designed to bring clarity, control, and confidence to equipment management for infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, home infusion providers, and hospital outpatient departments. Our software eliminates the challenges that come with manual management of infusion pumps, medical devices, and critical assets by tracking equipment inventory and workflows in a centralized platform. We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to generate leads, build brand awareness, and close sales. The role will utilize available tools to develop and qualify leads, host webinars and live demos, and execute closes. This is a results‑oriented position with autonomy and a strong focus on hard work and follow‑up. The Account Executive reports directly to the VP of Sales. Responsibilities Quickly learn infusion center essentials and use a consultative sales approach. Prospect, qualify, and generate sales leads using existing databases, LinkedIn, and outbound techniques. Conduct high‑volume prospecting and send follow‑up communications. Schedule calls and online demonstrations. Build relationships with prospects and industry stakeholders to grow new business. Manage closing process steps with the team—including demos, negotiation, and maintaining a streamlined CRM. Attend industry events such as trade shows. Collaborate with development and other teams to execute sales strategy as the product evolves. Required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience as a sales development representative, business development representative, account executive, or similar. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding measurable goals. Strong prospecting and qualifying skills, accessing key decision makers, and executing closes. Ability to uncover buying influences and overcome objections. Detail‑oriented, able to multi‑task, and highly organized. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM systems. Quick learner of software applications. Travel required (30–50%). Compensation: $70,000 – $130,000 per year.
