Role Description Schilling Social is seeking creative, driven Social Media Interns for Fall 2026. This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain real‑world experience in content creation, brand strategy, and client management within a fast‑paced creative agency environment. This is a hybrid internship role based in Palm Beach, FL. This internship is designed to provide hands‑on experience in digital marketing and social media within a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do Assist in content creation (Reels, TikToks, graphics, captions) Support social media management for client accounts Participate in content shoots (in‑person days) Help with scheduling, engagement, and trend research Collaborate on creative strategy and campaign ideas What We’re Looking For Strong interest in social media, marketing, or branding Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current trends Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Comfortable both independently and in a team setting Must have a laptop and iPhone Based in Palm Beach County This Is Your Chance To Learn from real client campaigns Get hands‑on experience in content creation Be part of our collaborative team culture Develop your marketing skills in a supportive environment Get trained on real social media management platforms used in the industry Build your portfolio with actual work you create during your internship A few details 6-10 hours per week — we work around your school schedule One hour team meeting per week Hybrid position — semi‑remote with occasional in‑person shoots and planning days Palm Beach County residents preferred but not required Unpaid Internship Notice ***This is an unpaid internship for resume building, college credit, and/or a letter of recommendation*** TENTATIVE TERM DATES September 8th – December 11th (start/end dates are flexible depending on school schedules). #J-18808-Ljbffr
