POSITION SUMMARY:

Do you have a passion for perfection? We’re looking for a vacation rental Housekeeper who’s meticulous in their work and views their role as more than just cleaning but artfully preparing an environment where guests can make memories they’ll cherish. 

What does that entail? 

Your day will begin by checking which location(s) you’ll be cleaning. From there, you’ll make your way to the property to perform checkout cleans and stage the space before the next check-in. These cleans will include everything from deep cleaning the kitchen, replenishing linens and toiletries, and communicating any maintenance issues with the team so they’re dealt with promptly and efficiently.

What we’re looking for in a Housekeeper is an individual who is highly conscientious and reliable. Our cleaning team is a significant part of our company, ensuring every stay is comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. 

We’re hiring for both full-time and part-time roles. So, if you have other commitments but are looking to supplement your income, our part-time role will provide the perfect amount of flexibility. But if you’re looking for a full-time job that offers stability and consistency, we also have those available as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the property is cleaned and ready for the next guests, including making and styling beds, deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and sweeping and mopping floors. 
• Style and stage the house. 
• Keep property stocked with consumables. 
• Communicate property issues with the maintenance team. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have reliable transportation. 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Must have a coachable attitude and be a strong team player.
• Must have W2 Eligibility. 
• Possess a smartphone to use our cleaning app. 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $17.00 - $20.00 based on experience 

Schedule: Hours will include evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
