What You'll Do

As Restaurant Manager, you'll lead daily operations while inspiring your team to deliver outstanding food, hospitality, and guest experiences. You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching, and developing hourly team members

• Driving guest satisfaction and creating memorable dining experiences

• Maintaining exceptional food quality and service standards

• Managing labor, food cost, and controllable expenses

• Ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company standards

• Creating a positive, engaging workplace culture where people enjoy coming to work

 

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

• Proven experience leading operations in restaurants generating $5 million+ in annual sales

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

• A hands-on leadership style—you lead from the floor, not the office

• Demonstrated success coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing teams

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high operational standards
