Assistant Customer Service Manager

Summary To be the advocate for our guests and consistently meet our guests’ expectations by providing a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience. Responsible for projecting oneself in a professional manner and maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times. Responsible for supervising the Guest Service area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet, make eye contact and thank each guest that you service. Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets our guests’ expectations. Project yourself in a professional manner in accordance with dress code and personal grooming policy. Work safely and maintain a neat and clean work area at all times in accordance with policies and procedures. Supervise the Guest Service area. Maintain all cash controls related to sales, currency, miscellaneous sales, and miscellaneous income. Accurately process and report daily/weekly cash and sales activities. Schedule, train, and coach Guest Service teammates to ensure an exceptional shopping experience. Maintain cashier control reports and office security in accordance with all company policies and procedures (LISA – Look Inside Always / BOB – Bottom of Basket). Count and record all monies from cashiers, record and process bank deposits. Secure Guest Service area and related items while working and at the end of each shift. Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Pay Range $18.00 – $25.50 Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Strong communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task. Strong supervisory skills. Reliable; high level of integrity and professionalism. Ability to read and write at the 8th grade level. Basic math skills. Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. 1–3 years of related experience. Physical Requirements None specified.
