Deck and Patio Cover Craftsman

Cascade Fence and Deck - Work doesn't have to suck! We are looking for skilled crew members to help us build high-end decks and patio covers for our discerning clients. This role offers the chance to work with experienced project managers and direct customer engagement as part of small crews, while enjoying flexible scheduling and growth opportunities. The Role Work on high-end deck and patio cover projects for a premium client base. Collaborate closely with the project manager and client to deliver on their vision. Work approximately 45–50 hours per week, with overtime beyond 40 hours. Saturday work is optional; available for those seeking extra hours. Operate as a member of a 2–3 person crew, contributing to the overall success of the project. Handle large custom deck and cover projects that can be 10–20 feet above ground level. Tools and trucks are provided by the company. Why you might not like this role? Work continues all year, rain or shine. It involves significant physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and digging footings. Fast‑paced and competitive environment. Requires regular customer interaction; not suitable for those who do not enjoy working with clients. Compensation and Benefits Starting wages between $25 and $50 per hour, dose-dependent, with potential to increase as value is added. No wage cap—pay reflects the value you bring.
