Pride Health is Hiring – Phlebotomist II Location: Woodstock, GA 30189 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $19- $23.25/hour (W2) Pride Health is currently hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our healthcare client in Woodstock, GA. Job Responsibilities: Perform high-quality venipuncture and specimen collections Collect blood samples from pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients Prepare and process specimens accurately for laboratory testing Verify patient demographics and specimen labels Explain procedures to patients and provide a safe, comfortable experience Maintain accurate records and required documentation Follow all safety, confidentiality, and company policies Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional environment Support multiple locations as needed based on business requirements Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required 1–3 years of direct phlebotomy experience required Pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collection experience Strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills Customer service experience preferred Keyboard/data entry experience required Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities Important: Candidates should be within approximately 20–25 minutes of the worksite Home city and commute time should be included on the resume Must have reliable personal transportationMust be punctual and available for the assigned schedule Rate is based on direct phlebotomy experience listed on the resume Pride Health offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
