Senior Environmental Manager - Knoxville, TN A well-established environmental consulting firm is expanding its Knoxville team and seeking a Senior Environmental Manager to lead technical delivery, client relationships, and staff development across a diverse portfolio of environmental projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced environmental professional looking to combine project leadership, technical expertise, business development, and mentorship in a growing office. Responsibilities Support business development efforts through client interaction, customer relationship management, and identification of new opportunities Manage environmental projects, including budgets, schedules, staff assignments, and overall project execution Provide technical oversight and guidance on environmental investigations, remediation, permitting, and compliance projects Communicate effectively with clients, regulators, and internal project teams Train, mentor, and develop junior and intermediate-level staff Assist with workload management and resource planning to support successful project delivery Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related environmental field (advanced degree preferred) 10+ years of environmental consulting experience Licensure (PE or PG) is a plus Strong knowledge of groundwater remediation and permitting, soil and groundwater contamination, regulatory compliance, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, remedial investigations, and site cleanup Proven project management experience, including budget and client management responsibilities Excellent technical writing and advanced computer skills Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and develop technical staff Strong client-facing skills with a track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr LVI Associates
