Key Responsibilities

• Conduct all forms of ultrasound examinations, including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and specialized small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient safety and comfort throughout procedures, articulating each process with care and empathy
• Work in tandem with radiologists and referred physicians to generate top-quality diagnostic images
• Maintain imaging equipment through routine checks and report any issues swiftly
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of procedures within the electronic medical system
• Stay abreast of groundbreaking advancements in ultrasound techniques and industry standards

Educational Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Necessary Certifications

• Current ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) certification or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is highly preferred
