We’re looking for a part‑time Operations Assistant to support the administrative and analytical side of our business. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and enjoys making order out of chaos. Your mission? Help us streamline our systems, track key metrics, and keep things running like a well‑oiled machine. Skills and Qualifications Love working with spreadsheets, systems, and checklists Have experience with data entry, reporting, and light bookkeeping Are organized, reliable, and can spot small details most people miss Enjoy solving problems and creating efficiency Prefer supporting a team from behind the scenes rather than being front‑facing Are comfortable learning new software and platforms (experience with CRMs is a plus) Core Responsibilities Enter, track, and verify data across multiple platforms (CRM, spreadsheets, internal systems) Generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and clinic metrics Support billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes Maintain accurate client records and administrative documentation Identify workflow inefficiencies and offer solutions to improve them Assist in light project management and system implementation Coordinate internal communications and follow‑through on tasks Support other admin team members as needed What We Value Clarity & Precision – We don’t just want things done.
