Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians in daily operations. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on trucks and trailers to ensure compliance with safety standards. Manage scheduling and workflow to optimize shop productivity and efficiency. Diagnose mechanical issues and provide hands‑on support for complex repairs. Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and parts inventory. Implement best practices for safety and maintenance procedures. Collaborate with management to develop training programs for staff development. Ensure a clean and organized work environment that promotes safety and efficiency. Requirements: Proven experience in truck and trailer maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred. ASE certification in relevant areas is a plus. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
