Contributes to Greenleaf Hospitality Group’s Total Effort by accomplishing related results as needed.**WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION:*** Bachelor's degree preferred* 1-2 years of related experience working in Hotel Operations preferred but not required* Driven by purpose, mission, values, and has sense of urgency* Strong decision making skills, able to make quick decisions that benefit both the guest(s) and the company* Positivity and flexibility with a changing schedule* Ability to work weekends and holidays* Able to build positive short and long term relationships with guests and team* Strong reading comprehension, ability to send and receive many emails* Able to multitask* Able to work closely with staff through strong communication and verbal skills* Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 10 hours or more* Able to stoop and bend* Drivers license and clean driving record* Able to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time* Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment* Able to comply with safety and health code standards* Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
