Job Details Job Code: 00002321 PROGRAM COORD Job Level: 10 Anticipated Pay Range: USD $44,766.00 to USD $71,706.00 per year. Salary offers consider scope of responsibilities, candidate experience, education/training, internal equity, and market factors. Overview The Division of Duke Divinity School seeks a Program Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and administer assigned programs and day-to-day activities related to the Divinity School, Pluralism, Free Inquiry and Belonging Initiative, and Transformative Ideas. This position is funded by a grant through December 31, 2028. Responsibilities Provide on-site support and coordination at events (student reading groups, lectures, informal talks, audiovisual needs, Canvas, and course materials), including the Duke Divinity School immersive Hybrid week. Assist with leading and coordinating a new summer residential seminar for underprivileged high school students. Assist with planning and executing the university-wide Initiative on Pluralism, Free Inquiry, and Belonging. Plan, promote, and support student-facing meetings, lectures, and events. Coordinate visiting speakers and promote public events through communications support. Provide course support and assist with co-curricular activities related to courses and leading small-group discussion sections for lecture courses. Perform other duties incidental to the work described herein as assigned. Minimum Requirements Education/Training: Work requires analytical, communications and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program. Experience: One year of experience in program administration or involving academic, instructional or counseling activities to acquire skills necessary to plan, coordinate and implement a variety of program activities and events, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
