Exercise Physiologist - Kelsey Seybold Clinic: Main Campus

The Cardiology Lab Exercise Physiologist acts as the administrative and technical support for all procedures provided by the cardiology lab. These procedures include EKGs, holter monitoring, event monitoring, stress treadmill testing, nuclear stress testing, transtelephonic pacemaker checks, tilt table testing, stress echocardiograms, contrast echocardiograms, transthorasic echocardiograms, satellite test transmissions and result coordination. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science or related field BLS, ALS certification through American Heart Association 6+ months experience in an exercise testing laboratory, cardiac rehabilitation facility or corporate health setting. May consider new graduate if hiring department can provide direct supervision for 6 months. Basic computer, CRT, and typing experience Testing equipment familiarity: Marquette EKG machines, treadmill control systems, and Holter monitor systems or similar May be required to work extended shifts in situations deemed necessary by the Cardiology Lab Supervisor Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science or related field ACSM certification MUSE experience Pace Art experience Cardiopulmonary stress testing Bilingual in English and Spanish Compensation and Benefits Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.89 to $42.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
