Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery, ensuring quality output and optimal machine performance.
• Perform minor machine adjustments and maintenance using hand tools.
• Conduct quality inspections and manage the production and mailing of materials.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Document production logs and inventory records accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production and maintenance issues.
• Provide support to fellow operators and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen or Green Card Holder.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to troubleshoot routine machine issues and prioritize workload.
• Technical education or experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance.

Preferences

• Up to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with production machinery or IT is preferred.

Physical Demands

• Work in a moderate noise level manufacturing environment.
• Wear safety shoes and other protective equipment as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive motions.
