Management Consultant for AI Evaluation

Role Overview

Join a talent network of experienced management consultants who may support future projects evaluating how effectively AI systems perform real-world consulting work for leading AI research organizations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop precise, task-specific grading criteria for consulting deliverables, including market analyses, strategy recommendations, financial models, client-ready presentations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Evaluate AI-generated or human-created work against established criteria.
• Write detailed rationales supporting evaluations and scores.
• Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment to produce reproducible, defensible assessments.
• Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and refine submitted work.

Responsibilities will vary by project.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional management consulting experience.
• Experience with a leading strategy or management consulting firm, such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or an equivalent organization.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills, including market sizing, financial modeling, business-case development, and executive-level presentation development.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• A detail-oriented, consistent approach to evaluating complex work.
• Comfort receiving feedback and calibrating judgment to established standards.

Work Terms

• Remote, hourly engagement.

Compensation

• $100 to $150 per hour.
