Bilingual Call Center Banking Specialist (On-Site) — Rio Rancho, NM A-Line Staffing is hiring Bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center Banking Specialists to support clients by answering inquiries, uncovering financial needs, and recommending banking solutions. This is an on‑site role in Rio Rancho, NM with 3 openings. Position Highlights Location: Rio Rancho, NM (On‑Site) Pay Rate: $27/hour (W2) Schedule: Full‑time; must be flexible to work weekends/holidays Start/Training Date: Monday, August 3, 2026 Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Type: Direct Hire Openings: 3 What You’ll Do Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending appropriate products/services Respond to customer inquiries and concerns and provide customized solutions Sell and fulfill banking products (e.g., checking/savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans) Identify needs that require licensed support and refer clients to the appropriate partners Quote rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions Manage risk and follow compliance guidelines using available tools Required Qualifications Bilingual Spanish required Strong customer service mindset with the ability to explain options in plain language Comfortable building rapport, showing empathy, and handling objections Coachable and open to ongoing feedback Comfortable with change and learning new systems/technology Intermediate computer proficiency Strong organization, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent) Ability to work a schedule that may include weekends and holidays Preferred Qualifications Financial services/banking experience Call center experience (inbound and/or outbound; phone/chat/video) Sales experience (cross‑sell/upsell/referrals) Experience handling high‑volume client interactions Benefits Competitive benefits package may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and more.
