Bilingual Call Center Banking Specialist — On-site (Rio Rancho, NM)

Pay: $27.00/hour (W2)
Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week) — schedule includes  weekends and holidays
Type: Temporary
Location: Rio Rancho, NM (on-site)

Overview

We’re hiring a  Bilingual Call Center Banking Specialist to support customers by phone, uncover financial needs, and provide solutions across everyday banking products. If you’re customer-focused, comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment, and can confidently communicate in both  Spanish and English , this could be a great fit.

What you’ll do

• Build relationships with clients by identifying needs and recommending the right banking products and services
• Handle inbound customer questions/concerns and provide clear, customized solutions
• Support and fulfill banking products (checking/savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans, etc.)
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand life/financial goals and match solutions accordingly
• Make referrals to additional partners when licensed support is needed
• Quote rates, terms, and programs as appropriate
• Follow established procedures and use available tools to manage risk on every transaction

Required qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish (required)
• High School Diploma / GED (or equivalent)
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Strong communication skills (able to explain options in plain language, build rapport, and handle objections)
• Comfortable receiving ongoing coaching and performance feedback
• Adaptable—comfortable learning new processes/technology and working in an evolving environment
• Strong organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented with flexibility to work the assigned schedule (including weekends/holidays)

Preferred (nice to have)

• Call center experience (phone/chat/video)
• Banking/financial services experience
• Sales experience (cross- selling/upselling/referrals)
• Experience as a personal banker or in a high-volume client environment

Training details

• Training start date: Monday,  August 3, 2026
• Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
