Sign-On Bonus: External candidates may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus . The bonus is paid in two installments: $5,000 in your first paycheck and $5,000 after six months of employment . Plans for, leads, coordinates and facilitates the provision of quality care and service for a defined population of patients and facilitates the procurement of appropriate supplies/equipment and provides for adequate numbers and mix of staff to deliver nursing care. The Nurse Manager demonstrates excellence in problem solving, leadership, communication, fiscal responsibility and teamwork. The Nurse Manager provides leadership, consultation and collaboration in a dynamic, multidisciplinary teaching environment. She/He collaborates with administrators and other members of the health care team to design, evaluate and improve patient care systems and processes.
