About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to serve as a brand steward and marketing strategy owner across its multi-channel business. The successful candidate will be responsible for building marketing and brand as a performance growth channel, establishing a full-funnel growth strategy, and leading the development of a data-driven KPI framework. This role requires a leader who can drive a culture of test, learn, and optimize, and who is adept at partnering cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with company growth objectives. The VP of Marketing will also be tasked with elevating brand equity and ensuring that brand investments translate into measurable commercial outcomes. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record in brand management, campaign development, and content strategy. The role demands a leader with strong operational and organizational skills, high financial acumen, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. The VP of Marketing will oversee a team and is expected to work closely with all departments to implement company growth initiatives. Experience in omnichannel DTC brands, retail, or CPG environments is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative setting.
