Business Development Representative

Role: Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on supporting sales efforts in the AI and data infrastructure space. Responsibilities Qualify inbound leads and support outbound prospecting to build sales pipeline. Engage prospects through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone. Collaborate with Account Executives to develop target account lists and advance opportunities. Manage inbound inquiries from webinars, events, and campaigns, ensuring timely follow-up. Utilize modern sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong) to track engagement and personalize outreach. Maintain accurate CRM data and contribute ideas for testing new outreach strategies. Learn the sales process and develop skills toward transitioning into a full-cycle sales role. Qualifications & Skills 2+ years in sales, business development, or related roles (internships included). Strong communication skills, confident in engaging stakeholders. Motivated, curious, organized, and coachable with a growth mindset. Willingness to learn sales tools and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
