Nursery Manager

Rikama Education Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery for an experienced Nursery Manager. Minimum 2 years management experience and a real passion for Early Years are required. Working Hours Term time role working 40 hours a week from 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Responsibilities Lead responsibility for day-to-day nursery operations Ensure staff comply with policy and procedures Partner with parents, building positive relationships, arranging events, drop-in sessions Marketing and managing occupancy Invoicing, fee calculation, back office, material ordering, HR and Finance Ensure EYFS curriculum is effectively embedded in practice Prepare for Ofsted inspections, manage recruitment, supervision and appraisals Oversee staff team and ensure highest quality of care is provided Support staff team, organise training as required Manage staff rotas Promote parent partnerships Keep yourself and team up to date with current and new legislations Welcome new families, hold show arounds by appointment Continuously develop nursery and ensure best outcomes for everyone involved Qualifications Minimum 2 years management experience Real passion for Early Years Basic Food Hygiene Certificate Paediatric First Aid Similar role experience Subject to UK eligibility checks together with Enhanced DBS checks #J-18808-Ljbffr
