• Experience: Prior Hematology/Oncology experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert care to adult and geriatric cancer patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Manage a caseload averaging 12-25 outpatient visits daily and 2-8 hospital rounds
• Collaborate with a small, dedicated physician team on oncology and hematology cases
• Document patient encounters using Epic EMR system
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient-centered care
• Support tumor boards and multidisciplinary teams as needed

What You Need:

• Active medical license in Virginia or willingness to obtain
• Proven experience in Hematology and Oncology (preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a Level III trauma facility
• Strong communication and organizational skills
