Mike Fahnestock’s State Farm Agency is seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals with a background in sales, service, or insurance to join our growing team. If you’re driven to help people, build relationships, and achieve success, this is the career opportunity for you.
What We Offer
Competitive compensation: $60,000–$80,000 per year
Sign-On Bonus for licensed applicants
Licensing Reimbursement if you need to get licensed
Simple IRA with company match

Base salary plus commission/bonus opportunities

Agent Aspirant Program for those interested in agency ownership
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | In-office | Wood River, IL
What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting/exceeding team sales goals
Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering personalized insurance solutions
Use a needs-based review process to educate customers on insurance options
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability every day
What We’re Looking For
Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain)
Life & Health License (or ability to obtain)
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Proven track record of meeting sales goals is a plus
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
Self-motivated, driven, and committed to success
