ComForCare Home Health Care - Sarasota is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care & Home Health Aide to join our growing team in Sarasota, FL. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Aide (PCA), or Caregiver preferred
• Valid HHA certification or CNA license a plus
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed care plans
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
