Intake Coordinator

Collaborate with service providers, and administrative staff to ensure seamless client onboarding. Identify and address potential barriers to service access, escalating issues as necessary to appropriate personnel. Prepare and submit intake documentation and reports to support program evaluation and funding requirements. Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide clear information regarding intake procedures and next steps.
