Senior Account Director - Influencer Marketing & Client Services Location: Hybrid - New York, NY Salary: Competitive + Benefits About the Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Director to lead high-profile client relationships and deliver best‑in‑class influencer and performance marketing campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic client services leader who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment and has a passion for social media, digital marketing, and the beauty industry. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients while partnering cross‑functionally with creative, strategy, and production teams to execute impactful campaigns and identify opportunities for continued growth. Key Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day management of key client accounts, serving as the primary strategic point of contact. Develop campaign strategies, proposals, and presentations that align with client objectives and market trends. Manage multiple influencer marketing campaigns from brief through execution and reporting. Build strong client relationships and provide strategic recommendations to drive campaign success. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Present campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business initiatives. Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering collaboration across departments. Qualifications 5+ years of agency or brand‑side account management/client services experience. Strong background in influencer marketing, social media, or performance marketing. Experience managing large client accounts and leading cross‑functional teams. Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Previous people management experience is preferred. Experience working with beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is highly desirable.
