Senior Account Director — Influencer Marketing Agency New York, NY | Hybrid (3 days/week in office) | Full-Time Salary: $180,000–$210,000 Our client is a fast-growing global social media and influencer marketing agency working with some of the world's most recognizable brands across beauty, fashion, FMCG, and tech. They are building out their US senior leadership team and this is a rare opportunity to step into a truly strategic role — owning the commercial direction of a high-value client portfolio, leading a growing team, and helping shape the future of a global agency's US presence. They're looking for a Senior Account Director who combines strategic vision with hands‑on delivery excellence — someone who is a trusted partner to clients at the highest level, a mentor to their team, and a driving force behind new business growth. What You’ll Do Own the strategic leadership, delivery excellence, and commercial success across a portfolio of high‑value client accounts Lead integrated influencer and social‑first campaign strategy from brief through to post‑campaign analysis Respond to client briefs and coordinate your team to develop bold, insight‑led creative strategies Write compelling proposals and pitch persuasively to senior stakeholders at the highest level Build deep client relationships, translating a thorough understanding of their business into influencer strategy and content direction Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, keeping cross‑functional teams aligned and proactively managing risks Drive new business growth — representing account management in pitches and unlocking upsell opportunities across your portfolio Proactively bring new ideas and strategic recommendations to clients based on detailed knowledge of their objectives and upcoming priorities Act as a senior mentor and line manager for junior team members, leading their development into well‑rounded marketers What We’re Looking For 8+ years of experience in a client servicing role at an agency, with dedicated influencer, social, creative, or digital agency experience A proven senior leader who has managed high‑profile client accounts at scale Genuine passion for influencer marketing and a sophisticated, current understanding of the creator economy Strong track record of growing accounts commercially through upselling and strategic ideation Experience presenting and pitching confidently to C‑suite and senior brand stakeholders Experience working across beauty, fashion, or FMCG verticals is strongly desirable Proven line management experience with a track record of developing junior talent Exceptional organizational skills — able to lead across a complex, fast‑moving portfolio Calm, decisive, and solutions‑oriented under pressure What’s On Offer Discretionary bonus 14 days PTO plus your birthday off Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) NYC hybrid, 3 days/week in office #J-18808-Ljbffr
