You will assist the General Manager in various aspects of the business while creating an atmosphere that delights our fans. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire operation during scheduled shifts, ensuring quality service and atmosphere.
- Train and coach crew members on best practices and restaurant routines.
- Assist in executing the restaurant’s business plan and optimizing sales.
- Handle customer concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction.
- Build a positive working relationship with all staff to enhance morale and productivity.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably in quick service.
- Strong customer focus with excellent hospitality skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a talented team.
- Proficient in managing inventory and understanding financial performance.
- ServSafe® certification is a plus.
