What You Will Get To Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives, with a focus on innovation, speed, and quality.
• Lead the Architecture and DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining a scalable, secure, and efficient technology infrastructure that supports the organization's growth and digital transformation.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning, encouraging the adoption of new technologies, tools, and methodologies that drive business value.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI and Machine Learning (ML) into our DevOps and delivery processes, ensuring safe, secure, and efficient deployment of solutions.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans to ensure effective use of resources and optimal return on investment.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that solutions are designed and implemented with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks, ensuring that solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, vendors, and partners, to ensure that technology solutions meet business needs and expectations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our technology landscape.

What You Will Bring

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, including server management, systems architecture, and DevOps practices.
• 5+ years in IT leadership roles, with demonstrated success building and scaling high‑performing teams.
• Hands‑on expertise with major public cloud platforms – AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• Proven track record designing, implementing, and scaling CI/CD pipelines in production environments.
• Proficiency with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Familiarity with modern data technologies, including Postgres and Kafka.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure teams supporting Java Spring Boot applications at scale.
• Background integrating AI/ML tooling into DevOps workflows or delivery pipelines.
• Healthcare industry or regulated‑environment experience (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.) is a strong plus.

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job‑related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions. Jersey City, NJ: Salary range for the position: 185,000.00 USD to 235,000.00 USD. NY: Salary range for the position: 185,000.00 USD to 235,000.00 USD.
