Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an experienced Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts for professional, technical, and leadership-level positions. This individual will oversee the hiring lifecycle from sourcing through offer stage while partnering closely with business leaders to deliver talent solutions aligned with operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified candidates using advanced sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach strategies.
• Conduct candidate evaluations to assess experience, technical qualifications, and overall alignment with business needs.
• Facilitate interview coordination and collaborate with hiring leaders throughout the selection process.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for exempt, and technical positions across multiple departments.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-priority positions.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to organize candidate activity and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with additional hiring initiatives during periods of increased recruiting activity.
• Coordinate with recruiting team members to ensure seamless communication and candidate transitions throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting professional, technical, or leadership hiring.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring leaders.
• Experience using ATS and CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
