Compensation: $95,000–$150,000 Base + Bonus Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan
Schedule : Flexible Hybrid
Our client is seeking an experienced Audit Senior / Audit Manager to join its expanding Assurance practice.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy leading engagements, mentoring staff, and building trusted relationships with clients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
You'll work with privately held businesses, nonprofits, manufacturers, construction companies, and other growing organizations throughout West Michigan.

- Mentor and supervise staff accountants
- Review work and provide training
- Support recruiting and onboarding efforts
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- CPA preferred
- 4+ years of public accounting experience
- Audit and assurance background
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Manufacturing experience
- Construction experience
- Nonprofit audit experience
