As a Security Officer Dispatch Communications Specialist in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Dispatch Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor incoming information, document activity, and support timely responses to incidents. You will help maintain a professional presence, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with site personnel and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.26 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities. Receive, prioritize, and dispatch security-related calls, service requests, and incident information to assigned personnel and appropriate property contacts. Monitor security-related communications, alarms, cameras, and building systems as assigned, escalating unusual activity or critical situations according to site procedures. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, shift activity reports, and communication documentation. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and support regular and random patrol activity throughout the commercial property and perimeter. Minimum Requirements: Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
